Welcome to Lovera! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lovera mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Lovera Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Lovera, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Lovera users and for all content you post, upload, or otherwise make available on the Service. You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, threatening, defamatory, infringing, invasive of privacy, or harassing.
  • Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
  • Contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website.
  • Involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming."

Prohibited Activities

Lovera is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

  • Prostitution and Solicitation: Any form of solicitation, offering, or arrangement for sexual services in exchange for compensation is strictly forbidden. This includes escort services, "sugar dating" arrangements where financial support is explicit, or any content that promotes or facilitates commercial sexual exploitation.
  • Scams and Fraudulent Activity: Users may not engage in any activity intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead other users for personal or financial gain. This includes romance scams, phishing, identity theft, or promoting fraudulent schemes.
  • Money Laundering: The Service may not be used for any activities related to money laundering or the financing of illicit activities. This includes attempting to disguise the origin of funds or using the platform's features (such as token transfers, if applicable) to facilitate such activities.
  • Impersonation: You may not impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Harassment and Abuse: Abusive language, bullying, stalking, or any form of harassment towards other users is not tolerated.
  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic is prohibited.
  • Illegal Activities: You may not use the Service to conduct or promote any illegal activities.

Violation of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities as appropriate. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision.

5. KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Lovera may require users to undergo a KYC verification process to enhance safety and trust on the platform. You agree to provide accurate information and documentation as requested during this process. Failure to comply or providing false information may result in account suspension or termination. All KYC data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service may offer virtual items ("Tokens") and premium subscription plans ("Plus", "Gold"). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy (if any). Prices and availability of virtual items and subscriptions are subject to change without notice.

Tokens are for in-app use only and have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Lovera platform, except as explicitly permitted by Lovera (e.g., simulated withdrawals).

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Lovera makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lovera, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., State of California, USA], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
